About ITRC

The New Hampshire Office of International Commerce - an office of the Division of Economic Development - is organized to plan, develop, and administer programs for international trade promotion and foreign market development, and to coordinate other public and private organizations involved in concurrent efforts. We bring all those public and private organizations together as the NH International Trade Resource Center (ITRC).

After 18 years of being located at Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth, The New Hampshire International Trade Resource Center has moved its offices to Concord, at the Department of Resources and Economic Development headquarters. Although the physical location of our offices has changed, the Trade Center will continue to offer all of the same services it has in the past and will go on serving its clients throughout the entire state by assisting in all of their exporting needs. In addition, we will continue all of our partnerships with those who help to promote exports in the State of New Hampshire. Please note that our contact information has changed to the following:
